When using the website and services, the following data may be collected:

Personal data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties, except:

• The payment provider Mollie B.V. (Netherlands), which processes transactions via the offered payment methods (credit cards, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay), solely for payment processing purposes.

Payment data is transmitted to Mollie B.V. in the Netherlands (EU), a country with a level of data protection recognised as adequate by Switzerland.

6 Data Retention

Data is retained as follows:

• Account data: as long as the user account is active
• Browsing data (IP, browser, location): automatically anonymised after 90 days
• Financial data (invoices, payments): 10 years in accordance with Swiss accounting law
• Error logs: automatically deleted after 30 days

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see section 7).

7 User Rights

In accordance with the FADP, every user has the following rights:

• Right of access to their data
• Right to rectification
• Right to deletion, within legal limits (financial data is retained for 10 years)
• Right to data portability
